Privacy

A small-data first launch.

Information you choose to send

If you email Nebula Trace, the message may contain your email address, name, website address, and any information you voluntarily include. Send only information needed to discuss the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information, children’s data, or private customer records.

Authorized public website information

A founding pilot proceeds only after written authority and scope confirmation. The bounded review is limited to the approved public, unauthenticated origin and configured limits. Logins, private areas, forms, and restriction bypass are excluded.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, evaluate fit, confirm authority and scope, provide payment instructions when appropriate, deliver the agreed report, handle clarification or refund requests, and maintain necessary business records.

Website technology

This launch package uses local static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images. It contains no inquiry form, analytics code, advertising tracker, remote font, or online payment collection. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry and service records are retained only as reasonably needed for communication, delivery, accounting, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of information that is not required to be retained.

Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be handled by service providers needed for email, hosting, payment, or delivery, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

Email lkp0731@gmail.com with “Nebula Trace Privacy Request” in the subject. Additional verification may be required before acting on a request.

This notice may be updated as the service, vendors, and operating practices change. The revision date below identifies the current version.
